Dear Family and Friends,
We had one resident test positive for COVID-19. We are testing again October 7th. We are following recommendations from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Our COVID unit remains open at this time. We are still required to restrict indoor visitation for all residents. Compassionate care and essential care visits will continue as needed.
